For those customers who have older paddle sets that they've purchased, we still offer the same vinyl-cut numbers to match your existing sets manufacturing method. While current sets utilize direct-to-plastic printing of numbers to our materials, we understand you may want your set to keep the exact same look. Our default material is Avery (brand) A6 Intermediate vinyl in matte black. If another color was used for your order before we will match your fill-in numbers to the original order. The same is true of the number font, and number height (2.5" through 4.0"). Provide a list in excel of the missing paddle numbers you need and we will provide you with a stack of individual paddle numbers. Simply peel and place the numbers to the blank paddles purchased, or for $0.30 each we will mount the numbers for you. Make a note at checkout about if you'd like us to place the numbers.

Turnaround: Our typical turnaround time for an order is 2 weeks. However, we always try to work with our customers knowing you often have expedited time lines. This is not a problem with us. We will make it work and deliver to your schedule. Where rush charges are deemed fair we do NOT make it punitive, and, in fact, are very reasonable ranging from about 10%-20% at most.
Shipping Carriers: We utilize the 2 major shipping carriers mostly. UPS and FedEx.

When there is a pressing cost issue and plenty of time to produce and ship we will also ship with USPS according to our customers' wishes.

Returns: We have been in business since 2003 and we make a very good product and always make an extra effort to ensure our customers are 100% completely satisfied with what they ordered. We will always go out of our way to make your event a success, even if that means reproducing an order because you didn't like something or even if the shipping carrier messed up. Because of our extra effort to make all customers thrilled with us, we've rarely taken a return.
