Our very popular heart shaped auction paddles are a simple decision for nearly 30 of our American Heart Association customers. This is a great example of how our unique shapes can fit right into your event theme or even your organization's cause. This is our smaller of 2 heart-shaped paddles as it also comes in a larger version as well. We do show it with a 3.0" high number (as standard), but you can also get it with larger 3.25" high numbers. No additional cost to you. Just ask.
If you are an AHA chapter that we haven't served yet, know that most chapters have requested the first subset of paddle numbers (e.g. 1-20) printed GOLD for their special bidders in our larger heart shape. Then the remainder of the set is often done in white plastic. The larger heart shape is often used for the 1-20 numbered paddles and this smaller heart paddle used for the remainder of the set.... just an fyi! There is a subset of AHA chapters that have also used our square and rectangle shapes as well.
Price out the best options for your reusable plastic auction paddles here at Better Bidders. Select your material (1 of 5) and your printing options (or just blank paddles) and turnaround time!
Here you can purchase the quantity you need that most closely matches our production quantities, and in the plastic that best matches your need and budget. As you are making your selections, remember a few things:
We fill in missing paddle numbers should some go missing, so purchase just what you think you need right now; don't buy more than you need as you can add onto your sequence the next time you need to fill in your missing paddles.
How many? Typically when ordering paddles, the rule tends to be "one paddle per couple" and NOT per person. Of course it depends on the specifics of your event and the type of patrons attending your event but 90% of our customers purchase 1 per couple
1 or 2-sided? While auctioneers LOVE it when there are numbers on BOTH sides of the paddle, let's be frank; the auctioneer isn't the one typically purchasing your paddles and printing to 2 sides does cost a bit more. There is something to be said about making the paddles "idiot-proof" for those patrons not paying much attention during the live auction or paddle raise, but just look at the numbers and see if adding numbers so the backside makes sense. They are always preferred, but there is a cost.
If you can't select a quantity you think you need then please do contact us here and let us know what you need. Or select a quantity that is close and we'll figure it out together afterward you submit an order. Don't worry - nothing gets charged until we've confirmed everything.
Also, here you select your printing options as well. Let us know exactly what you'd like printed on each side of the paddle. We'll have the ability for you to upload your file shortly. In the meantime just email your graphics to us and we'll mock it up for you - Or just order BLANK paddles; whatever you need.
Turnaround: Our typical turnaround time for an order is 2 weeks. However, we always try to work with our customers knowing you often have expedited time lines. This is not a problem with us. We will make it work and deliver to your schedule. Where rush charges are deemed fair we do NOT make it punitive, and, in fact, are very reasonable ranging from about 10%-20% at most.
Shipping Carriers: We utilize the 2 major shipping carriers mostly. UPS and FedEx.
When there is a pressing cost issue and plenty of time to produce and ship we will also ship with USPS according to our customers' wishes.
UPS Ground times: The following map shows ground shipping times from zip code 53092 (Mequon, WI):
Returns: We have been in business since 2003 and we make a very good product and always make an extra effort to ensure our customers are 100% completely satisfied with what they ordered. We will always go out of our way to make your event a success, even if that means reproducing an order because you didn't like something or even if the shipping carrier messed up. Because of our extra effort to make all customers thrilled with us, we've rarely taken a return.
